Carlo Negrato
Senior Naval Architect and Marine Engineer
Since he was a child he has shown not only a strong passion for maritime navigation, but also a particular curiosity for the technical aspects of naval construction.
Driven by the passion developed over the years, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Naval Engineering at the University of Trieste and a master’s degree at the Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). After studying in Holland, he had a work experience in Sweden that allowed him to come into contact with an international environment, developing his profession.
A sailor, windsurfer and pleasure boater, he lives the sea in all seasons. He transmits his passion and shares his knowledge, both technical and didactic, with a mix of professionalism and enthusiasm.

After attending classical high school, I enrolled in the Faculty of Law at the University of Trieste where I graduated with a thesis in navigation law.
In the years that followed, I obtained the qualification to practice law and I practiced as a private lawyer in the field of civil law. Over time, however, having grown up by the sea, my passion for maritime law was joined by a curiosity for the world of recreational boating. Studying the relevant legislation and the purely technical aspects, I became so passionate about it that I decided to leave the law profession to dedicate myself exclusively to the activity of the nautical agency, being able to count on my preparation, on my skills acquired over time and on my love for the sea. I still spend my days among documents, clients and laws but with great enthusiasm because it doesn’t matter from which perspective you look at the sea, the important thing is to bring it inside.
